We found Heather through SitterCity last October and she has been caring for our two children (3 & 5 yo). She does a great job of engaging the children in academic activities, she's creative, and very responsible. She is great at following our instructions, and is always on-time and availalbe. We love Heather!
Never showed. E-mailed 5 minutes before interview to cancel and said she would get back with me the next day and never did.

I was having transportation issues at the time. It was unfortunate timing. I am a very reliable person and have many great references.
