Hello, my name is Courtney Erisman and I am 22 years old. My experience started when I was 12, and while homeschooling I was a teacher assistant at Raintree Parent's Day Out program. I worked with ages 6 weeks to pre-k. I was a nanny to a wonderful family, but they moved back at the beginning of April. They have a sweet little girl who is 18 months old, I started working for them when she was six weeks old. Over the years I have done a lot of babysitting , and have cared for one family of three boys for six years. I not only watched them for short periods, but have several times watched them while their parents were out of town, for periods up to a week. I started watching them when their middle child was 2months old, and have cared for the youngest since he was Read more a week old. I am currently the co-director of the nursery-3 year old children's church classes at Raintree Community Church. I have also volunteered at Children's Mercy Hospital with the in-patient children for a year and a half. I have a passion to work with children, and someday hope to have a large family of my own.
