I am a junior double majoring in Special Education and Elementary Education at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. Each semester, I have observed in classroom settings with children with a wide variety of disabilities. I have been working with children whose age varies to just a few months old, to kids in high school for 7 years now. I have babysat children, held a basketball camp for elementary students, and helped with the children’s programs at the Methodist church I attend. For me, kids give me joy and happiness.
