I have experience with young children up to about the age of 12. I have babysat for various relatives as well as non-relatives. I also took a childcare class in Monett, Mo for a year where I got hands on training with preschool aged children. In this class I created lesson plans, went on field trips with the children, gave lessons to groups of the children, participated in playtime, prepared snacks, and also got to take lessons about early education. I also volunteered for Youth Camp where I was a camp counselor for children no older than age 12. I helped get them to and from meals and activities as well as prepared them for bed in the cabins. I also am currently taking online classes through Ozark Technical college to achieve my associates in Early Childhood education.
