Last year I worked as a tutor for a non-profit organization called A Way With Words and Numbers for Kindergarten-Seventh graders in the Columbia, Missouri area. My duties consisted of providing literacy and mathematics tutoring for those children. I've also worked as a volunteer camp counselor at Cherokee recreation center located in St.Louis, Missouri. Since last February, I've been working as a before and after school Mentor at Eagle College Prep located in the Tower Grove South area in St. Louis, Missouri. My duties consist of caring for up to 16 KG-6th graders; by preparing snack, assisting them with homework and participating in physical activities with them.
