I have been around children since I was 7 years old. My single mother raised me in our home which was also an in-home daycare which she ran. She taught me early on all that I needed to know about caring for children. They've always been a passion for me. My first job when I was 16 was working for her. I cared for children that were between the ages of 1 month to 5 years old. After that I got an opportunity to student teach my senior year in a preschool room and fell involve with teaching. I then went to college and worked for 5months in a daycare in Lees Summit but had to quit due to unmoralistic issues within the daycare center. I am CPR certified, a certified daycare assistant, and am up to date on all of my online training requirements for children safety courses.
