There's no guidebook on everything you'll need to know when taking care of children; especially not your own. Although I haven't worked in a nursery since my teen years, I have helped to raise and take care of several family members and children of friends as well. I'm very communicative and do my best to receive instructions so that my job is not just easier, but so that peace of mind is assured to the parent/guardian. My certification is expired, but I do know the steps to take in an emergency that requires CPR or Infant CPR. I have also learned some tips and tricks from my aunts, mentors, and Youtube. I like to be innovative, when necessary.
