I became a care giver because i assist with my grandmother who has dementia and I focus on her making sure that she has everything that she needs, which includes bathing her, feeding her and assisting her with taking her medications. I enjoy being a care giver cause it gives me a since of proud and humbleness to know that I am able to share my love and kindness with someone who needs it. And i believe the best people to share that with is the elderly and children. And it makes me happy to see a smile on their face, letting me know i did my job. I know i am good at this position because I will always give this same care to my own family and getting the response of joy and happiness from them and they call on me to be there more then anyone. Within Read more my past babysitting experiences and training i was included in the day care system where I worked with new borns and the parents were very pleased with the care their little ones were receiving cause they were happy little ones and clean when the parents came to pick them up. I enjoy working with children because I enjoy the laughter of a child, its very peaceful and they are innocent and it keeps me young at heart.
