I enjoyed Babysitting during my teen years, and then went to college for a year. Later, I joined Bible Ministries for Children, and spent 10 years teaching as a Bible Club Missionary Teacher to hundreds of children all around New Jersey, as well as having 15 years experience teaching 1st and 2nd grade children in Sunday School. I've taught kids on Chinese retreats and Spanish day camp. I can cook, bake, help with Spanish homework, give fun Bible lessons with review games to kids who are bored and need something to help them stay out of trouble. I love cats, dogs, fish, birds. I miss my cat of 18 years, and my dog Chloe, a fun loving designer mix, part shitzu, part bichon frese, who followed me everywhere. I'm a writer, who enjoys writing fun poems for children to read, and hear, and laugh with. I had free teacher training Read more for my Bible Clubs. I have no certifications, but I have experience helping kids, and there's nothing I love more than that. Someday soon, I will be a published children's books author. I love formal tea parties, gardening, caring for houseplants, and I believe that good behavior should be praised (and rewarded when able). I'm a newly wed, who moved to Mississippi, where my husband is studying hard for his PhD. And he wants to know that I'll be in a safe neighborhood, so he doesn't worry. Work in Madison area would be preferable. I'd also prefer working long term, investing what I can in the same kids.
