I am relatively new to this area, and looking to continue babysitting through college. I am from the St. Louis metro area (Edwardsville, Illinois), and have been babysitting since I was 13. I am currently living in Oxford, working at McEwen's, and I will be starting school mid-January. I know it may seem like I'm very busy, but let me explain some of my past babysitting experience. The first family I babysat for had three children, ranging in age from 1 to 5 years old. Pretty soon, that family would invite a second family over so all of the adults could go out together. During these nights I would have 6 kids all ranging in age from 1 to 5 years old, that I was responsible for feeding, cleaning, activities, and bed time. These families would share my number with other families, and I would almost rotate on which family got me what night of the weekend. Ultimately, a few families were left with younger kids, and became a primary job for me. During the summer of 2013, I worked one full time job, one part time job, and I was also a live-in nanny for a single mom with two children. I also babysat for other families during the little time I would have off, but my nannying was my main priority. When leaving children in my care, I can ensure that all children will be fed, very happy, lots of activities, any homework, studing, or extra curricular will be taken care of, clean and ready for bed(time), and any other duties that would require my attention. I am a very fast learner, and will follow all rules pertaining to your house (including pets) and children. I am extremely punctual and reliable.
