Work Experience EDUCATION Carthage Senior High School High School Diploma EXPERIENCE I started to work at Wal-Mart on August 23 2013, I was cross trained in many different areas. I worked in Sporting Goods selling almost everything but guns, In toys I had also worked, I am able to cut fabrics and crafts and I am also cashier trained. Currently for the past two months I have been working in the electronics section of Wal-Mart doing everything to selling cell phones, binning, and picking items all for customer service. I have also worked at Best Buy for almost eight months now. I am cross trained in every section of the store, I have activated verizon phones and also at&t I have done two year contracts upgrades and even EDGE. I am a Read more fast thinker so the getting people to do installment billing (EDGE) over 2 year contract helps the customer save money at the time of the purchase. I was one of the top sellers in Best Buy and also have worked hand in hand with other representatives with Verizon, Apple, and Samsung. For work experience I believe I have enough and if not I am always looking to improve WORK ETHICS I believe that customers should always be the top priority. You can ask just about any manager or customer that comes in to Wal-Mart, Ive had multiple people trying to give me money because they like to think my customer service is beyond the average associate. I would really like to work here I feel my experience can help me be a valuable associate.
