I spent 2 years after college working with 5th-6th graders in the outdoors at the McCall Outdoor Science School in Idaho. I loved adventuring with eager students in outdoor settings and letting them guide their own learning! I also taught science to 11-12th graders in Idaho for a year in a classroom as part of a graduate school fellowship. I not only have years of training working and teaching all ages of children, but am also passionate about being a positive mentor for kids. Plus they are so much fun! (Well, most of the time haha). Besides professional experience, I grew up babysitting two girls for 7 years and still keep in contact with them! I have training in First Aid and CPR.
