My love for children started in high school when I was able to help out at an elementary school classroom. I majored in Early childhood education at Cape Fear CC, they have a great program and I've learned so much about not just caring for children but creating an environment for them to blossom. I've worked at a drop in child care center for over three years, where the age range is 1-12 years. Also, I have worked with those with special needs at Homecare Management for over two years. I quit my jobs to become a full time stay at home mom with my 1-year-old daughter.
