Hi there! I am a mom of 3 daughters, all in their twenties now. I'm a licensed teacher in NC (K-5) but have loved working as a Nanny from my home for the last 7 years. At this time, I have availability on Thurs and Fri 8:30-4:30 and on Mon through Wed, 8-5. I never have more than 3 children at a time and I follow the routine/schedule parents put forth, with special attention paid to the individual life stages of their child. This of course includes potty training. I've potty trained 4 children (excluding my own!) I'm also currently teaching one of my little guys (soon starting preschool) how to read. Every family for whom I've worked has employed me a minimum of 2 years and one child has been with me for nearly 5 yrs. I attribute such longevity to the high level of care, reliability and overall Read more peace of mind that I provide my families. With regard to Covid, I take it seriously. I'm 4x vaccinated and continue to take appropriate precautions in order to protect myself and the kiddos in my care. I do not wish to provide care for children of families that do not also take Covid seriously because doing so would put us all at risk.
