Hello! I am a rising senior at UNC-Chapel, majoring in communication studies and double minoring in journalism and medical anthropology. I am also on the pre-med track, with my future goal being attending medical school and becoming a pediatrician. I have grown up taking care of my younger cousins, ranging in ages from 3 months to 13 years old. I am a graduate of an Allied Health Sciences program, which allowed me to experience working in a veteran's hospital and taking care of geriatric patients for 4 months. I also have experience taking care of children who have specific health concerns such as food allergies and type 1 diabetics. I enjoy children and all of the many things that they can teach us! I volunteer in the pediatric oncology wing at UNC-CH Hospital Cancer Center.
