I am a 20-year-old undergraduate student at New College of Florida. I love children and have had tons of experience working with them in many ways, starting at the age of 12. I am hard-working, sociable, creative, active, and attentive. I am also a very quick learner. I started as a mother's assistant at the age of 12, watching and playing with children while their parents were working, cleaning, etc. but were still in the house. At the age of 14, I began babysitting for several families around the Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Durham areas in North Carolina where I am from. I stayed with many of those families until I went off to college a year an half ago, and a few since then. I am also available for house sitting. I have babysat for children ranging from a few weeks old to 15 years old. I also have experience working with children of different mental and physical abilities. I am CPR certified (child, adult, and infant), have been lifeguard certified (I am soon set to expire, but can get re-certified if requested). I also love all animals and have experience caring for them (specifically dogs, cats, horses, fish, and rodents).
