Growing up in a big family taught me a thing or two about child care. When I was 12 years old I was asked to help in the nursery at Vacation Bible School due to my natural ability to care for children. From there I was trusted to babysit for many families, and at 18 worked part-time at a nursery. When I moved to Chapel Hill for college I was unable to work as a babysitter during the year due to classes; however, spent the summer working full-time at a summer camp called Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP). This summer I am working full time at a marketing agency; however, would love to take on a weeknight/weekend job caring for children.
