I have had to pleasure to babysit children ages 1-5 in the past year. With one family I was responsible for picking the children up in the mornings to take them to school and picking them up in the evening from daycare and after school care. Some days this included preparing meals (breakfast, dinner, and snacks), getting the girls into the bath tub, and into their night clothes, helping out with homework, and getting the girls dressed for school in the morning. (2 children-ages 3 &5) With another family, I would babysit occasionally. I would feed the children dinner in the evening, change diapers and pull ups, and put them to bed. I also would tidy up the front room and kitchen or where ever the children played. One of the children had peanut allergies and I was required to have her epipen at all times.
