I grew up in a family of seven with three younger siblings to take care of. I've always loved children and since high school I have been the regular babysiter for multiple families with children ranging in ages from 16 months to 12 years. As a junior and senior in high school, I worked 10-12 hr nanny shifts for a family with four children. I cooked, cleaned, helped with homework, and kept the children busy. It was a challenging, managing long shifts with a busy course load, but I enjoyed every minute with my kids and wouldn't have given it up for anything. I am currently taking a gap year to save up to travel the world a bit before I start college. I miss working with children and would love to care for yours. I believe a babysitter should be actively engaging children, taking them on imaginary adventures, not Read more just sitting around.
