I am actually a novice babysitter. While I've never babysitted before (besides my younger brother and my baby cousins) I have a significant amount of experience in taking care of and managing kids. I have over 100 hours of volunteering at the Morrison YMCA, working primarily with the After School Program at Kids HQ. I learned how to supervise and attend to groups of children ranging from 5 to 12-year-olds. In my school activities, I was an officer of a club where we'd go to Pineville Elementary and help the children in their after school program with homework and reading. I'm excited to begin my experience as a baby sitter because i'm doing what I love the most which is taking care of children as a job! This is only for the summer since I will be attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in August.
