The most important caregiver qualification is having a compassionate heart. i believe there is no training that can create a good caregiver, it's just something that comes natural. I have always enjoyed people of all types. I have a degree in Human Services and a focus in Child Protective Services, as well as about 5 years experience with actual babysitting.
