I am a very experienced nanny and sitter with a lot patience and love for young children. I have my BA in psychology and am currently at Duke Nursing in the ABSN program to get my RN. In April, I participated in a doula training and am very excited to begin exploring that role as well! In my free time this fall, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I started babysitting my neighbors kids about 15 years ago and since then it's something I've always loved to do, whether at daycare, preschool, summer camp, or down the street. I am enthusiastic, flexible, responsible, resourceful, and ready to tackle any challenge. I have experience with all ages: newborns, infants, preschool, elementary aged through teen. I can cook meals, change diapers, fold laundry; you name it, your kids will always be in good hands. I find that maintaining communicative and connected Read more relationships with families makes everyone happy! I am happy to provide several excellent references upon request.

I hired Kelsey to babysit for my son 3 mornings a week while I was at work, plugging some important gaps in my childcare coverage. It was to be an ongoing 3 morning a week arrangement. After only 2 weeks she quit with an email on a Friday night of a holiday weekend saying she had taken another job with a slightly better schedule. She never asked me if I had flexibility, she never expressed any problems with the job or schedule, she did not give me time to find another regular care giver. It appears to me that she took my job while continuing to look for something better all along. She might do the same to you.
