My name is Scarlett Montgomery and I love kids. I love everything about them because they are so eager to learn about the unfolding nature about the world around them. I am a huge fan of having a good time because that's how kids develop social skills and increase creativity, but I am an even bigger fun of learning and helping kids understand the world around them. One thing that I always like to ask parents is how they discipline their child so I never over step my bounds. I believe that communication between sitter and parent is the most effective way to provide the best care for the child.
