Committed to look after my neighbor's two dogs for 4days/3nights. First day: stayed an hour, fed, did not bother to walk dogs, took off for seven long hours, returned for 24 minutes, fed and left. Waited 1.5 hrs to then inform me of a sudden situation, resulting in me having to leave my family and six pets to take over, by now 11pm. Happy to temporarily help but needed verification of when returning. Waited several hours second day requesting situation updates, for the inevitable confirmation of no return, too late for replacement, forcing me to bring the dogs to my house, now total eight animals here, and cancel our two day trip that she was aware of, hence the hiring of her. Hugely disappointed.
