I am comfortable caring for children with special needs. I spent years training with developmental therapists and occupational therapists when my sons was little. He was diagnosed with Autism and I did whatever I could to help him. He has recovered and is in high school and doing well. I would consider myself to be a great support system for a family with a child who has autism because I have been there. I studied human services and ECE at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I have raised 3 children. I also have work experience outside of childcare that I would be happy to discusss if interested.
