I have worked with children throughout my entire life. I began babysitting at age 12 and worked in a church nursery with children ages 0-4 throughout high school. Throughout my college career, I worked at a summer camp as a counselor for children ages 8-18. As a counselor, I facilitated activities that aimed to grow campers spiritually and emotionally. I also helped campers overcome fears and homesickness. In addition, I oversaw my campers' medical and physical care by making sure they received their medication from the infirmary at the right times. As a counselor, I worked with children who were both typically developing as well as those with special needs. I graduated from Auburn University in May 2017 with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. As a student at Auburn, I worked as an assistant at the Early Learning Center on campus. I am passionate about working with Read more children and would love the opportunity to help give your children the care both you and they deserve!
