Hello, my name is Ashley. I am 34, a mother of 3 girls, and have been babysitting since I was 12. Most recently nanny to two wonderful kids for several years. Once my children were old enough and I could get back to work, my love of children had me searching for Babysitting and Nannny jobs. I believe its important to not just be present as a sitter or Nanny but engage, and nurture the children we care for. To genuinely care about them.
