A mom with three grown kids: one is a doctor, another a PhD, an the oldest is an entrepreneur and has a MA. My education includes a BA in Political Science, MA in Social Justice and a MS in English Studies earned at age fifty-seven. My husband and I have been married for forty years, have eleven grandkids and three dogs. After retiring from a long career in the insurance field, my husband and I moved to China and taught English at a university for thee better part of three years. We recently relocated to Holly Springs, NC to be near six of our grandkids and two sons and daughter-in-laws. Can't imagine life without kids, dogs, grandkids and living in a demographically diverse town. Sorry, I do not play video games and believe in kids getting away from the TV and outside to play. My kids will vouch for me, of course, and the grandkids love hanging out with their grandma. Honesty, integrity, energy, fun-loving, and intelligent are the words I would use to describe myself. Retirement has been fine but I'm itching to be busier than the past six years have been and, I must admit, being able to earn a little extra income would be helpful.
