I began mother's helping when I was 12 years old, and babysitting when I was 14. Since then, I have babysat up to 5 children at one time, ranging from 2 to 12 years old. Throughout high school I volunteered at an elementary school weekly, tutoring students. I also worked at Lifetime Fitness Child Center, where I worked with children ranging from 3 months old to 12 years old. Furthermore, I worked at a home pre school as an assistant teacher last summer. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have loved working with children, which is why many of my jobs and extracurricular activities have revolved around them. I truly enjoy the happy and energetic presence children have, and I would love to have the opportunity to work with them this summer.
