I am a mother and I am married to my husband who is a marine for the United States. I first became a childcare provider in 2008 for the US army family child care services. I then moved to California where I got certified again as a FCC provider through the state. I took care an average of 6 kids ranging from as little as 6 weeks old to as old as 12 years. Daily activities for the children included taking them to the park, making arts and crafts, cooking them a well balanced meal, and helping them with homework. To become a childcare provider I had to be certified in first aid, CPR, administering medications and blood born pathogens, and communicable diseases for child and youth services.
