I briefly worked in the summer at an in-home daycare after I graduated high school that had about 10 children aged 0-7. I was required to help prepare food, clean, change soiled diapers and clothing. Entertain and watch children. It was only myself and the owner, who would need to run errands on occasion, leaving me with the children alone. I also helped babysit my sisters older children (who are now ranged 18-24), and now live with three of her younger children aged 5, 9 and 10. The two oldest have ADHD and the boy has behavioral issues. So a child with such needs would not be new to me. I am nearing college graduation and if your child(ren) need help in studying that is something I can also provide. I have been CPR/First Aid certified several times for adults and children, but currently need to re-certify. I am a Read more firm believer that a child needs attention & rewards for accomplishments when they are good & have done something great, as opposed to always handing down punishment.
