About me and my family: I am a mother of 3 grown children and 1 who is still at home and in school. My youngest sunshine is in second grade. I worked in the Intensive Care Unit in Austin TX for the last eight years before moving to New Bern almost four years ago. I enjoy watching children and see their curiosity as a tool to grow and learn. I like to help them discover our world around us. I know how important it is to find a babysitter that your child is not only happy and safe with but where their time can be spent constructively, with an opportunity to learn. It is my goal to make every day count for each child. I prefer to watch the little ones from the comfort of my home so I can be present for them and my son. Any outings will Read more be discussed prior to the time. My youngest son and I live in a home with a fenced in yard we also have two cats and one dog who are all kid friendly. We play tag, hide and seek, sing songs, read books, color, garden and all kinds of things that are usually prompted by what they are in the mood for and what the weather is like. My prices are $10 for any time less than 4 hours and $20 up to 10 hours any additional time is the same rate.
