Well experience wise I have my own kids (almost 6 year old, 2 year old, and one on the way), So I know how the simplicity it is in communicating and interacting with kids. Plus the multiple years in Christian ministry I have endeavored period in being a minister and interacting in and with the communities I live in with adults, kids, parents and children. I've witnessed the diapers, cries, yelling, screaming, eating, and so on you name it. I know how to cultivate to their needs while still being able to have a good calm environment of growing children thats being themselves while around me. I chose being a babysitter because there is a need for them to able to have the right examples around them. Parents and children shouldn't have the worry of whether they're harmed or not in any type of way with these situations.
