Hello , my name is Mia' Miller. I am 21 years old and I have had 2 1/2 years experience with After School Care. I chose to go into childcare because of the love I have for children at a early age. What makes me love my job is that I am able to supervise, encourage and help children whether it's a outside game, a toy, or a indoor game . To see the reaction they give when they get it right makes me love my job. What makes me good at it is that I have the proper skills and qualifications , such as Medication Training, Diabetes Training, CPR & First Aid , Asthma and BSAC. I've also had experiences working with behavior children. (ODD, ADHD , ADD, Autism)
