My name is Katlyn Rego and caregiving is my career. I have been a caring for children off and on for 12 years, and have worked with new born babies up to 15 year old pre-teens. I have also worked with up to 7 children at once, and have experience caring for children with disabilities. I have done a lot of volunteer work at a church in Illinois, including the position of Administrative Leader for Vacation Bible School. I am self-taught in Baby Sign Language and have previously been CPR and First Aid Certified and would be happy to renew my Certifications. My caregiving philosophy is that children need to be spoken to calmly and rationally, and that leading by example is the best approach with children. My favorite thing to do with kids is explore nature and be outside. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
