I have over 10 years of babysitting experience. In high school I was an after-school nanny for one family and had two other regularly scheduled families to babysit for each week. I am currently waiting for a new job to begin in January, and would love to spend some of that down time helping some families with their family and home care needs during the holidays. I am currently certified in First Aid/CPR, Wilderness First Aid/CPR and several other camp-related outdoor activity certifications. I just finished working for an Environmental Education Center in Indiana. I primarily spent 3 days at a time with area 5th graders and taught survival skills, nature, and adventure education. I have always had youth-based jobs--including Girl Scouts, Girl Guides (in London, England for a year), and as a paraprofessional in the special education department in Nixa.
