Hello, My name is Aniah and I love kids to death! They are the future and should be showed tons of love and attention! I love to work with all ages. Of course babies are delicate and the cutest but interactions with teens is just as delightful if not a better experience seeming as though I'd be a role model in their lives, even for just a short period of time. My experience with Down Syndrome Children started when I was 14 and working for a lady in my neighborhood who thought Id be a great care taker for her beautiful daughter. She worked 1st shift and didn't want an at home nurse anymore, so she trained me all i needed to know to care of her child while she was gone; the job included feeding, changing diapers, light bathing and light house work. I actually am not certified in Read more CPR, but I do understand the process of the Heimlich Maneuver and I never hesitate to call 911 if ever needed. I've also worked with other families, with their children ages ranging from 2-9 years of age. I have reliable transportation and I cannot wait to take the weight off of your shoulders even just for a few hours! (:
