Hey! My name is Cadence Croucher and I absolutely love hanging out with kiddos. I am the oldest of three and have grown up taking care of my siblings. In middle and high school, I worked as a babysitter for a 3-year-old until I moved cities. My job included feeding her, playing (mostly outside), and laying her down for naps. I work in the mornings at Temple Emmanuel Preschool and have been a summer camp assistant there for the past four summers. In this job I have worked with a variety of different kids with different styles of learning, playing, and various needs. My favorite activities are making arts and crafts and I am always finding new fun and creative games and crafts. I am in college working towards a degree in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. This past year I was a Resident Adviser working Read more in a dorm with first year college students. I thoroughly enjoyed my time as an RA and it has taught me valuable skills that help me as a babysitter. Including creating programs that engage students and kids, responsibility by being on time and meeting all deadlines. The flexibility of being on call and accomplishing what I needed for my studies.
