My experience with children began in the summer of 2012 when I was 14. I work closely with Nebraska Youth Ministries. That is where I receive the majority of my experience with children. In 2012, I began as a rec staff member. This past summer I was a dorm leader for ages of 5-15. Next year I will be a 16-18-year-old dorm leader. I have handled many various situations from knee scrapes to putting them to sleep. My mom and grandma both also nanny at my house so I have plenty of experience watching what they do. I have not ever officially been a nanny yet, but I know it is something I will exceed at.
