Hello! First and foremost my experience with children comes from my nieces, nephews, and daughter, all of with whom I have spent a great deal of time over the last 22 years (especially my own!). All of my child caring and reading experience has been via relatives, with the exception of babysitting throughout the years, so I do not have a nanny or babysitting certificate. I am, however, First Aid and CPR certified, and working on a degree in an allied health field. Because I am changing careers fairly late in life and heading back to school, I have the Summer to work on a part time or full time basis. I am also a volunteer at the Friendship Home and worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for two years during which I advocated for children in homes where they could not do so for themselves.
