During college, I have worked for an after school program at an elementary school. I had a lot of fun getting to know all of the kids and enjoyed doing different activities with them. I also volunteered for a few months with Completely Kids, another elementary after school program. In these programs, I assisted the kids with their daily homework. We had snack time and after clean-up, we participated in the activities with the children. The activities ranged from dancing and singing, playing outside at the park, and playing games to enhance their learning skills. I grew up with a younger sibling and six younger cousins. I started babysitting at the age of 12 and enjoyed doing it ever since! My best friend has two young children of her own that I babysit and help her out with when I have the time to.
