Even though I have never been a mother myself, I enjoy the lively and imaginative company of children. (They seem to enjoy mine as well.) I have babysat since I was a teenager, most recently for teenage siblings. I have also been a companion and caregiver to a woman when she was 96 until she passed away at 101. Now that I am retired, I am looking to, as Thoreau once advised, "make my living by loving." I enjoy staying happy and healthy and enjoy outdoor activities.
