My name is Karolina and I am a pharmacy student at MCPHS University. Currently I have a few months off and a light schedule in the spring. Kids are a passion of mine and I have many years of experience, paid and unpaid. For five years I have been a troop leader for the Polish Scouting Organization spending two hours with a group of 30 kids (boys and girls ages 4-12) all by myself. From story telling, to arts and crafts, to taking them to a two week camp, I did it all. I also have experience tutoring. I am also very comfortable with babies and toddlers. CPR and child abuse certified in NY. Having a sister who is 13 years younger than I and spending a majority of my teenage years babysitting her and being her companion my love for children has been a passion ever since. Being around so many children in the past I understand how essential it is to be that friendly face they look forward to seeing or really just someone they can depend on and get a huh from on those bad days. I am very down to earth and my schedule is rather flexible as I am currently not in school. Being a pharmacy student and having many years working in a pharmacy I am comfortable with first aid as well as dealing with children on sick days. I currently do not have a car but will be getting one in the near future. Transportation however will not be an issue for me. I am flexible especially nights and weekends and can be called on during emergencies, date nights, etc.
