Hi! I'm Alexandra, and I have a passion for working with children and helping them thrive. I have several years of professional experience supporting youth as a Case Manager, Family Intervention Specialist, and Lifeset Specialist, where I worked closely with children, teens, and families to provide guidance, structure, and support. Before my professional career, I interned in preschool classrooms and babysat throughout high school, giving me experience caring for children of different ages and developmental stages. Today, I also help care for my toddler niece and nephew whenever needed, and I truly enjoy watching them learn, explore, and grow. Spending time with them has reminded me how rewarding it is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children. I'm dependable, patient, compassionate, organized, and calm under pressure. My background has given me experience with behavior management, communication, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and building positive relationships with children and families.
