I have been a child-care provider through my local Adult Learning Center for almost three years. During that time I gained tutoring experience, taught yoga to children ages 5-11, and prepped meals for up to 40 children at a time. I also gained organizational skills that help me when caring for children. For that job I took 35 hours online courses required by the state of New Hampshire that focused on childcare and emergency prep. I have a BFA in Acting from Emerson College. More recently I was the program director of an after school program in Murray Hill, meaning I have my DOE and DOH fingerprints, am background checked, and have completed the NYC required Health & Safety trainings required for educators.
