If you are looking for a mature, experienced and loving person to care for your child(ren) then you don't have to look any farther. I have a 20 year old son and raising him was the highlight of my life every day! I have always loved being with children of all ages. I am available every day and any time during the week. I have reliable transportation and am willing to travel up to one hour away from my home to care for your child(ren). I am also willing to cook and help the child(ren) clean up after themselves. My mother began watching babies when I was 12 years old until just a few -years ago. Our house was filled with a minimum of six children from the age of 6 weeks to 12 years since I was a pre-teen. Children are able to see the world with so much awe and enthusiasm, I just love to help them discover fun and educational things in the world around us. I am certified in infant CPR and have over 30 years of practical experience in caring for other people's children. I am very patient , caring and responsible. You can depend on me to always be on time and follow any instructions you have for your child(ren) to a T. My greatest reference would be how my own child has turned out. My son has grown into a very responsible and loving young adult. He goes to work at 4 am every day and then to college until 10 pm and is on the Dean's List. I believe that it is very important to take every opportunity available to help children learn about as much as possible about the world around us. Homework always gets done before playtime and I am very interactive with children when I care for them. I am not one of those sitters who just sits and watches TV and tells the children to entertain themselves.
