Growing up with 6 brothers and sisters molded me into being such a passionate caregiver. I find myself to be incredibly patient and understanding with kids, I have been told I 'speak their language'. I started babysitting at a very young age for family and friends, and began getting paid for it as a young teen. I took several child care and babysitting classes and certifications as a teenager, and continued studying child development in high school and college. I took many classes and have hands on experience with all children, including mentally and physically disabled kids. Although I did not pursue a career in child care, I am still very passionate about it and would love to be able to babysit regularly as a side job!
