* I am available to begin work September 6, 2017* Hello! My name is Taylor! I am 27 years old and I am a graduate of CSU-Fullerton. My degree was in Child and Adolescent Studies. I have a passion for working with children and I have great communication skills. I am very responsible, nurturing and loving, but can also help children with manners and guidelines. I like to have fun and be silly by using my imagination with children. I currently work for the Saddleback Valley Unified School District with a program called The Learning Connection, which is a before and after school daycare for children in TK-6th grade. This my 10th year working for the program! I work with all of the children in the program but I specifically run the Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten program (creating weekly themed lesson plans and rotations that are fun and developmentally appropriate Read more for the children ages 4-6). I have about 16 kids in my program, and our overall program has 107 students, whom I also work with after my kinder program finishes up. I have many years of babysitting experience with babies, toddlers, and young children. and I am CPR certified. The past two summers I worked at an International boarding school in New York with students of all ages. This summer I will be moving to Bayonne, New Jersey permanently.
