I have 26 years experience of being Mom and also worked for 22 years for County of Cape May in a fiscal position. My kids were heavily but healthily involved in sports as well as academics and I spent a great deal of time in the support- parent role during those years. I am a new grandmother to a 5 month baby boy, who I greatly enjoy taking care during day and overnight visits. I enjoy and appreciate all ages of child development and still like to run, jump and play myself. I like to create and craft things such as costumes and artwork and greatly enjoy outside playing and sports as well. I am an avid reader, and believe in reading to and with children from a young age. I enjoy, and feel it important to explore the outside world and nature with children. I like to garden and Read more play in the dirt. I have past college, primarily in accounting and computer as needed for my job. I have had first aid certification and CPR certification throughout my years with county, and while my card is out-of-date, my husband, who is annually certified, keeps me current on CPR changes. I additionally provide small-scale residential house cleaning and home management services. I can provide light cleaning as part of childcare arrangement, if desired, and if time/circumstances allow. I am willing to travel some. I am energetic, loving, reliable, responsible and trustworthy. I have previously paid for background checks and can provide copy. Willing to update, if requested, upon employment agreement. I have excellent references, as well as an excellent driving record and a newer, safe, reliable vehicle.
