As a woman who always grew up around little cousins, and family friends, I have been a babysitter as far back as I can remember. I'm originally from Chicago, and I have worked at a school for special needs adults for four years, and loved every minute of my job. It broke my heart relocating and not being able to see those students with whom I had built a relationship with. Being in a new location, I realize how much I miss being able to take the kids to the park, make arts and crafts, and read books. I love knowing that I am of help, and make a difference in their lives. I currently have previous obligations on Mondays-Fridays from 2:30-6:30, and on Wednesdays from 12:30-6:30, so I would need to have a flexible schedule.
